Currently serve as a Staff Engineer who lead a tech team of 8 programmers at E.sun Financial Holding Co., Ltd. I'm an INTJ who doesn't like any kind of seafood. When I am eating alone, I always like to separate all ingredients in a burger and start from the most tasteless layer, leaving my favorite part at the end.   • 🔗Mobile Banking App Backend - a backend cluster that managed all the app’s business logic and access control. We achieved operational simplicity by building monitoring system and performing regression test in CI/CD pipeline.
  • Served as a team leader and a project manager, and led a team of 8 teammates to build it within 12 months.
  • Developed with Java (Spring) and PostgreSQL. Used EFK and Prometheus/Grafana to realize system monitoring. Used Nginx as reverse proxy and cybersecurity protection. Used jMeter to conduct regression and press testing.

  • Data Middle Platform - a heterogeneous database synchronization platform which integrated customers’ cross-product information (assets, credit, etc.) and enhanced the ability of cross functional and real-time data analysis.
  • Served as a tech leader in a team of 2 developers to build the real-time data exchange component within 8 months.
  • Developed with Flink, a Java-based framework, to realize real-time data streaming component. Used Kafka to collect data from various heterogeneous data sources. Used PostgreSQL as the persistent storage.

  • Special Attention Customer System - an internal system that provided a web-based application for bank clerks to record and detect high risk customers, and connected with 10+ bank systems through APIs to instantly synchronize data of high risk customers and effectively reduce reputational risk.

  • Customer Information Platform - a backend platform which synchronized customer information between 27+ bank systems and further accelerated the development progress of customer relationship management.
  • Responsible for development and design of real-time data exchange APIs in a team of 20+ developers.
